En este número invitamos a los/las investigadores/as que tuvieran como tema central de su trabajo las dinámicas del poder expresadas en el territorio. Aunque fueron diversos los abordajes que se presentaron, podríamos decir que hay dos bloques de artículos que están determinados por las particularidades regionales. Con esto hacemos referencia a que la manera como se vive, planea y disputa el territorio en Latinoamérica es muy diferente a lo que pasa en Europa occidental y eso marca los intereses académicos.
