Karlo Otto Apelio neokantizmas: kaip galima šiuolaikinė normatyvioji etika?

Abstract

Straipsnyje svarstoma šiuolaikinės normatyviosios etikos paieškos galimybė, pasitelkiant Karlo Otto Apelio tokio bandymo pavyzdį ir supriešinant jį su Jürgeno Habermaso diskurso etika bei Maxo Weberio ir Karlo Raimundo Popperio politinės moralės projektais. Autorė pripažįsta, kad Apelio pastangos suteikti šiuolaikinei etikai vieningą normatyvinį pagrindą iškrenta iš bendros į vertybių pliuralizmą linkstančios šiuolaikinės etikos perspektyvos. Kita vertus, jos manymu, siekiant išsaugoti Kanto etikos formaliuosius aspektus, jo transcendentalines intencijas, galima nepastebėti svarbių Kanto etikos turinio aspektų. Mūsų galva, formalus procedūriškumas ar normatyvumas neišsemia Kanto etikos galimybių.
