Su kuo kariauja demokratija?

Authors: Tomas Kačerauskas;

Su kuo kariauja demokratija?

Abstract

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama kovos vieta demokratijoje. Iškeliamos trys tezės: 1) demokratija ir kova – neatsiejamos, demokratija įgauna ribas ir tapatumą tik kovodama; 2) gyvenamasis pasaulis ir individas jame formuojasi vidinės kovos aplinkoje; 3) išorinė atviroji kova – demokratijos kovos kultūros dalis. Šios tezės skleidžiamos kultūros fenomenologijos ir hermeneutikos kontekste. Teigiama, kad politika – gyvenamosios aplinkos kūrybos (kultūros) dalis, kuri drauge su visuma sudaro judrų darinį. Straipsnyje remiamasi tiek C. Schmitto politikos kaip karo sąvoka, tiek J. Derrida ir Ch. Mouffe atviros ateinančios demokratijos koncepcija, tiek Aristotelio dinamiško pasaulio samprata. Išskiriamos trys demokratijos kovos rūšys: atviroji išorinė, slaptoji išorinė ir vidinė kova. Nagrinėjamos jų sąsajos. Vidinė (ne išorinė) kova kaip alternatyva atvirajai laikoma kultūros veiksniu ir demokratijos gyvybingumo sąlyga.
