Abstract

Straipsnyje pristatoma L. Karsavino antropologija bei supažindinama su jo visuotinybės filosofija apskritai. Šios filosofijos išeities principas yra visuotinybė. Gamtos pasaulis (daiktai, augalai, gyvūnai) ir socialinis pasaulis, žmonija bei visa materiali būtis, remiantis šios filosofijos pozicijomis, sujungti į tam tikrą universalią visumą, kurios centre yra Dievas. L. Karsavinas pripažįsta vieną pagrindinių krikščioniškų idėjų – pasaulio tvėrimą iš nieko, bet siekia įveikti būdingą krikščionybei Dievo ir pasaulio, dieviškosios ir sutvertosios būties ontinį dualizmą. Pasaulis yra laisvo kūrybinio dieviškojo akto rezultatas. Šis aktas yra laisvas ir savarankiškas savęs (Dievo) apribojimas. Materialus pasaulis (arba tvarinys, sutverta asmenybė) yra kažkur tarp absoliuto ir nieko. Tvarinys yra pusiau būtis, pusiau nebūtis. Aukščiausias istorijos subjektas – žmonija yra realybė ne kaip abstrakcija, o tik kaip visuotinybė savo individualizacijų žemesnių sferų subjektuose. Daroma išvada, kad L. Karsavinas yra platonikas, objektyvaus idealizmo atstovas. Jo filosofinė sistema priskirtina vienai šiuolaikinio panteizmo atšakai – panenteizmui.
