La inteligencia emocional se concreta en un amplio número de habilidades y rasgos de personalidad: empatía, expresión y comprensión de los sentimientos, control de nuestro genio, independencia, capacidad de adaptación, simpatía, capacidad de resolver los problemas de forma interpersonal, habilidades sociales, persistencia, cordialidad, amabilidad y respeto.</span></span>
