Abstract

En América Latina, la evaluación de programas en el campo de la educación es una deuda que no siempre asumen quienes lideran los procesos de planificación. Esta vacancia impide gestar un conocimiento acabado de lo que sucede con cada intervención. La presente producción se refiere al andamiaje básico y preliminar que orienta la evaluación de un programa desarrollado por un equipo de educadores que ha sido parte del mismo. En esta oportunidad, se comparten las líneas claves que encuadran y dan sentido al proceso de evaluación encarado. La experiencia transcurre en Argentina, más específicamente, en la Provincia de San Luis.Palabras clave: Evaluación de programa, planificación, juicio de valor, actores involucrados, complejidad. In Latin America, the evaluation of programs in the education field is a duty that is not always assumed by those who leads the planning process. This vacancy prevents a deep knowledge of what happens with each intervention. This production refers to the basic and preliminary scaffolding that guides the evaluation of a program developed by an educators team that has been part of it. In this opportunity, we share the key lines that fit and give meaning to the undertaken assessment process. This experience takes place in Argentina, specifically, in San Luis Province.Keywords: Evaluation of program, planning, value judgment, involved actors, complexity.
