Este artículo hace una revisión de las definiciones de refugiado a través de los acuerdos y tratados internacionales, desde la Convención sobre el Estatuto de los Refugiados de 1951 hasta hoy, y su aplicación al contexto de los refugiados y desplazados del conflicto palestino. A partir de allí, se revisa el tratamiento que el mismo tema ha tenido en el marco de las resoluciones emanadas de la ONU y su tratamiento por parte de la UNRWA desde 1948 hasta la actualidad.AbstractThis article makes a review of refugee definitions through international agreements and treaties, since the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees of 1951 until today, and its application to the context of the displaced and refugees of the Palestinian conflict. From there, is reviewed the treatment the issue has had within the framework of the resolutions emanated of the UN and its treatment on the part of the UNRWA from 1948 to the present time.
