Las Trayectorias de Aprendizaje en la Vocación Social de Futuros Maestros y Maestras

Abstract

El objetivo es conocer la influencia de las trayectorias de aprendizaje de los futuros docentes de infantil y primaria en sus perspectivas de mejora social, conociendo si existen perfiles diferenciados por etapa. Se elige un método cualitativo para que reflexionen sobre sus trayectorias de aprendizaje contadas con cartografías y el visionado de películas que muestran a profesores que trabajan para la equidad, y la posterior puesta en común y reflexión grupal que permita responder al objetivo. Los resultados muestran que las experiencias previas influyen en la vocación docente, especialmente antiguos profesores y el contacto previo con niños y niñas, con diferencias entre infantil y primaria, según si el contacto previo ha sido por cuidado de familiares pequeños o como profesores particulares o monitores, respectivamente. Respecto a la equidad, destacan el formar buenos ciudadanos, concienciando sobre una sociedad diversa en infantil, y abordando situaciones de desigualdad con una educación personalizada en primaria. Así, se concluye que las experiencias vividas en sus trayectorias de aprendizaje influyen en la percepción de mejora social que pueden conseguir desde estas etapas. Por último, se propone un perfil común de los futuros docentes de infantil y primaria, y también un perfil específico para cada etapa
