Which of the five French Republics is the true legal state entity? When the USSR collapsed, did its lies end as well? In the 1990´s, it seemed like the end of the nation State era, and the beginning of the global village. However, because of unfinished crisis by power elites (who have no adapted to current reality), the transition has been unsuccessful, increasing the distortion of the Law and human alienation. The goal of this paper is to expose the biggest lies, and set free the legal mind of the 21st Century, who should focus more on increasing happiness (for everybody) as opposed to economic well-being (for few).
