Abstract

<p>El presente ensayo intenta verificar el impacto del Instituto Internacional de Sociología Jurídica - IISJ en el desarrollo y la consolidación de la sociología jurídica en nuestro país, a partir de tres momentos en los que se discutieron aspectos teóricos y conceptuales de la realidad americana.</p><p> </p><p>Las tendencias de las investigaciones sociojurídicas en América Latina reflejan algunos ejes vertebrales temáticos desde sus comienzos, como: Teoría sociojurídica; Uso alternativo del derecho; Los servicios legales alternativos: derechos humanos; Formas de derecho propio; Pluralismo jurídico; La globalización; Mecanismos alternativos de resolución de conflictos; Problemas de género y La enseñanza jurídica. Las perspectivas con las que se han abordado estos temas se han modificado a través del tiempo, sin embargo, se encuentra una constante: una trasformación social en torno a un derecho emancipatorio incluyente.</p><p> </p><p>Tomaremos para el presente ensayo, tres momentos:</p><ol><li><em>Workshop en el IISJ </em>existe alguna especificidad en la sociología jurídica en América Latina? 1990.</li><li><em>Workshop en el </em><em>IISJ. </em>La Sociología Jurídica en América Latina. 2002.</li><li><em>Congreso</em><em> </em><em>Latinoamericano de </em><em>Sociología </em><em>Jurídica. </em><em>Derecho </em><em>y </em><em>Liberación.
