JOZEF ZABIELSKI – kierownik Katedry Teologii Moralnej Życia Spolecznego UKSW w Warszawie, wykladowca Archidiecezjalnego Wyzszego Seminarium Duchownego w Bialymstoku, w latach 2001- 2004 rektor tego Seminarium; wykladowca teologii moralnej w Centrum Katechetycznym – Studium Teologii w Wilnie (Litwa) oraz w Riga Higher Institute of Religious Sciences w Rydze (Łotwa); w latach 1999-2012 pracownik Katedry Teologii Katolickiej Uniwersytetu w Bialymstoku. Autor ok. 300 publikacji naukowych i popularnonaukowych z zakresu teologii moralnej i etyki filozoficznej, moralności zycia spoleczno-religijnego, antropologii i bioetyki, w tym kilkunastu pozycji ksiązkowych.
