
Mittels Oberflächenwellen (OFW)-Bauelementen werden miniaturisierte mikroakustische Identifikations- und Sensorelemente (Transponder) ermöglicht, die ohne eigene Stromversorgung telemetrisch abgefragt werden können (OFW-Funksensorik). In dem Beitrag wird das Funktionsprinzip dieser Transponder erläutert. Als Anwendungsbeispiele werden Identmarken sowie Sensoren für Temperatur, Druck, Beschleunigung, Magnetfelder und ein Sensor zur Ermittlung der Bodenfeuchte gezeigt.
