Abstract

Los poetas delCancionero de Baenaestablecen frecuentes oposiciones entre la buena y mala comida:adefinafrente açahena; almodrote, alfeñique, brescas, ornazoyxirafrente acollaçiónypotage; corvina, salmón, truchasycalamayofrente amerluz, çeçial, albur, congrio, morenaysardina; carne de toro, de fiambreyde sal secafrente aperdiz; yperos, castañas, nuezes, pumasytorrontésfrente abadeha. Muchos de estos términos se usan con un sentido irónico y figurado, y algunos de ellos se documentan por vez primera en esta obra. Por otra parte, los términos relacionados con el vino se hallan en la composición +587 de Juan Agraz.
