Abstract

Le programme CERT (Cultural Emergency Response Teams) est un service que l'Institut Americain pour la Conservation met a la disposition des musees, bibliotheques et archives des Etats-Unis d'Amerique. Le programme est represente par une equipe coherente d'experts eminemment competents des musees et bibliotheques qui observent et analysent les catastrophes au moment ou elles surviennent sur le territoire americain et prennent les mesures appropriees pour y remedier. Cet article decrit le processus de planification, la mise en application et le developpement du projet. Il prend egalement en consideration l'evaluation et l'evolution ulterieure du programme.
