Abstract

Etude d'utilisation des fonds de la bibliotheque universitaire de Graz, effectuee entre mai 1999 et aout 2000. A l'aide d'un questionnaire, on determina la structure des usagers, leur comportement et leur satisfaction avec la collection afin d'obtenir des resultats qui pourraient servir de base pour les decisions futures concernant la mise de fonds et des changements d'organisation.
