Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Anayasalarında Laiklik

Abstract

Anayasa, bir devletin en ust yasasidir. Turkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin politika gecmisini yansitan dort anayasada (1921, 1924, 1961 ve 1982 Anayasalari) devletin kurulusunu, kurumlarini ve isleyisini gormek mumkundur. Bu anayasalarda Turkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin temel degerleri, acik ya da ortulu bir yer almistir. Laiklik de bu temel degerlerden biridir. 1921 Anayasasi bir tarafa birakilirsa, diger anayasalarda laiklik, devletin temel niteligini ve yurttaslar arasindaki esitligi ifade ederken, diger yandan yol gosterici, koruyucu ve cagdaslastirici bir icerik tasimaktadir.
