Soliter kutanöz mastositoma Solitary cutaneous mastocytoma

Abstract

Mastositozis, mast hucrelerinin anormal proliferasyonu ve mast hucre mediatorlerinin salinimi ile karakterli, kutanoz veya sistemik, az gorulen, heterojen bir grup hastaliktir. Klinik gidis benign veya agresif olabilmektedir. Kutanoz mastositozisin tanisi icin klinik bulgular ile birlikte mast hucrelerinin dermal infiltrasyonunun histopatolojik olarak gosterilmesi gerekmektedir. Kutanoz mastositozis, akla getirilmesi halinde, her turlu laboratuar sartlari altinda uygulanabilecek ve basit histokimyasal boyalarla tanisi cok kolay konabilecek bir antitedir. Burada cocuk yas grubuna ait soliter kutanoz mastositoma olgusunun histolojik ozellikleri, literatur bilgileri esliginde sunulmaktadir.
