Aerobik ve anaerobik performans özelliklerinin tekrarlı sprint yeteneği ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci; duzenli egzersiz yapan takim sporcularinin aerobik ve anaerobik performans ozelliklerinin tekrarli sprint yetenegi ile iliskisinin incelenmesidir. Calismaya duzenli olarak takim sporu antrenmani yapan, 25 erkek sporcu (ort.yas; 23.52 ± 2.45yil) gonullu olarak katilmistir. Deneklerin tekrarli sprint yeteneklerinin degerlendirilmesi icin 30s dinlenme araliklariyla uygulanan 12x20m tekrarli sprint testi kullanilmistir. Anaerobik performansin belirlenmesi icin Wingate Anaerobik Guc ve Kapasite testi (WanT) uygulanmistir. Aerobik performansin belirlenmesi icin Yo-Yo Aralikli Toparlanma Testi Seviye 1 (YYIRT1) uygulanmistir. Test sonuclari arasindaki iliskiyi belirlemek icin parametrik olmayan korelasyon analizi “Sperman’s Rank Order Korelasyon Analizi” yapilmis ve analiz sonuclarina gore deneklerin 0-10m en iyi sprint zamani ile Zirve Guc (MG) (r=-0.771; p=0.000), Relatif Zirve Guc (RMG) (r=-0.608; p=0.01) ve Yorgunluk Indeksi YI (r=-0.462; p=0.020) arasinda anlamli negatif yonlu bir iliski bulunmustur. 0-10m Performans Dusus Yuzdesi (PDY) ve 0-20m PDY ile VO2maks arasinda negatif yonlu iliski tespit edilmistir (sirasiyla: r=-0.664; p=0.00; r=-0.712; p=0.00 ). Bu dogrultuda aerobik ve anaerobik performans ozellikleri ile tekrarli sprint yetenegi arasinda istatistiksel olarak anlamli iliskili oldugu belirlenmis ve aerobik ve anaerobik performansi yuksek olan takim sporcularinin tekrarli sprint yeteneklerinin de yuksek oldugu sonucuna ulasilmistir
