Bu makale, devlet akli kavramina devlet adami figuru uzerinden yeni ve farkli bir perspektif sunmayi amacliyor. Devlet akli kavramini; sabit, tek boyutlu ve celiskisiz ele alan yaklasimlardan farkli olarak kavrami, icsel gerilimleri ve celiskileri icinde sorunsallastirmayi oneriyor. Bu gerilim ve celiskiler icinde devlet adami figuruyle iliskisine odaklaniyor. Devlet adami figurunu seckinci yorumlarin otesinde muglakligi ve ahlakiligi uzerinden degerlendiriyor ve devlet akliyla iliskisini irdeleyerek her iki kavramin tek tek ele alindiklarinda genellikle gozden kacan boyutlarini aydinlatmayi hedefliyor.
