Abstract

Poulantzas (1936-1979) Atina’da dogmus ve hukuk okumus, 1960’li yillarin Fransasi’nda yasamis ve de Marx’i yapisalci perspektiften yeniden ele alan Althusser’den etkilenmis olan unlu siyaset bilimcidir. Sahip oldugu hukuk formasyonunun etkisiyle, baslarda hukuk ve hukuk felsefesi konularinda yaptigi calismalar diger teorisyenlerden ayri bir devlet teorisi gelistirmesine imkân saglar.
