Cet article traite de l'alimentation en Egypte a l'epoque romaine et dans l'antiquite tardive. L'A se penche sur la signification d'un terme qui semble se referer a des graines de vegetaux verts, en l'occurence les lachana. Il avance l'hypothese que ces graines pourraient provenir d'une variete de laitue et seraient utilisees pour la fabrication de l'huile vegetale.
