Mit dem vorliegenden Buch wird erstmals eine systematische methodologische Einführung des Paarinterviews als eigenständige Interviewform innerhalb der empirischen Sozialforschung vorgelegt. Die Autorinnen arbeiten gründlich heraus, worin der zusätzliche Erkenntnisgewinn von Paarinterviews liegt. Durch die Konzeption als Lehrbuch werden zudem die konkreten Arbeitsschritte für die Durchführung solcher Interviews vorgestellt. Damit liefert das Buch insgesamt einen sehr fundierten sowie verständlichen und anwendungsorientierten Zugang zu dieser Methode.
