„Arabska Wiosna” - doświadczenia arabskich monarchii subregionu Zatoki Perskiej

Abstract

Wydarzenia „Arabskiej Wiosny” nie ominely niemal zadnego zakątka świata arabskiego. Niepokoje i wystąpienia antyrządowe mialy miejsce rowniez w bogatych, naftowych monarchiach Zatoki Perskiej. W porownaniu z obszarem Maghrebu i Maszriku wystąpienia antyrządowe mialy jednak przebieg ograniczony, w niektorych przypadkach wrecz incydentalny. Jedynie na Bahrajnie doszlo do gwaltownych wystąpien antyrządowych, ktore przybraly charakter masowy i zagrozily rządom dynastii Al-Chalifa. W efekcie wladze krolestwa Bahrajnu zdecydowaly sie poprosic panstwa Rady Wspolpracy Panstw Zatoki o pomoc militarnąw celu ustabilizowania sytuacji wewnetrznej, ktorej ostatecznie udzielila Arabia Saudyjska i Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie. Odmiennie niz w przypadku pozostalych obszarow Bliskiego Wschodu, panstwa Zatoki przetrwaly najbardziej krytyczny okres „Arabskiej Wiosny” zachowując niezmienione glowne skladniki swoich systemow politycznych. Celem niniejszego artykulu jest przedstawienie rozwoju wydarzen politycznych w panstwach Zatoki w roku 2011 oraz wskazanie uwarunkowan, ktore zdecydowaly o przetrwaniu systemow politycznych tych panstw w okresie kryzysu politycznego.
