Antoni Peretiatkowicz jako profesor Uniwersytetu Lwowskiego (1918-1919)

Abstract

Twórczość naukowa prof. Antoniego Peretiatkowicza, badacza prawa państwowego i filozofii prawa, rektora Uniwersytetu Poznańskiego i Akademii Handlowej w Poznaniu, jest znana i ciągle budzi zainteresowanie. Jeden epizod z jego życia – profesura na Uniwersytecie Lwowskim – pozostaje jednak w cieniu. W artykułach biograficznych poświęconych A. Peretiatkowiczowi, z uwagi na niedostępność źródeł, ten etap życia jest mało precyzyjnie przedstawiany lub zgoła pomijany. Nowo odnalezione źródła archiwalne pozwalają nam wyjaśnić tę sprawę.
