Wielkopolska „kuna swadziebna" z XIII wieku

Abstract

1. Wśród dokumentów wielkopolskich z XIII w., wydanych po raz pierwszy drukiem przez Marię Bielińską, są dwa z 1271 r., które w rzędzie licznych danin książęcych wymieniają w klauzuli immunitetowej dań małżeńską (weselną). Oba dokumenty dotyczą tego samego regionu geograficznego, a mianowicie okolic Gniezna. W obu książę Bolesław Pobożny nadaje włości swym rycerzom: w pierwszym Przybysławowi z Fulsztyna, w drugim Przybysławowi, synowi Pęcimira. Nadania zostały połączone z immunitetem ekonomicznym oraz z zezwoleniem na lokację nadanych wsi iure Theutonico.
