Abstract

I. Wstęp: Doświadczenia Société Jean Bodin. H. Prawo porównawcze a historia porównawcza prawa. III. Historia ogólna a historia prawa i instytucji. IV. Historia prawa a historia porównawcza prawa. V. Powszechna historia prawa a historia porównawcza prawa. [...] Doświadczenia nasze nabyte w ciągu 25 lat organizowania prac Société Jean Bodin pozwalają nam na sformułowanie pewnych uwag na temat stosowania metody porównawczej w historii prawa i instytucji. Najpierw więc, w niniejszej pierwszej części mej pracy spróbujemy określić stosunek historii porównawczej do innych dyscyplin historycznych oraz do dyscyplin prawniczych. Druga część pracy, która zostanie ogłoszona w następnym zeszycie „Czasopisma Prawno-Historycznego”, poświęcona będzie głównie analizie metody porównawczej w zastosowaniu do historii prawa i instytucji.
