Analiza sekvenc genov za 16S rRNA izolatov bifidobakterij iz tankega črevesa podgan

Abstract

Pri šestih izbranih izolatih bifidobakterij iz tankega črevesa podgan smo sekvencirali prvi del gena za manjšo ribosomsko podenoto (16S rRNA) in sekvence primerjali z že znanimi sekvencami drugih bifidobakterij in bakterij sorodnih rodov. S filogenetsko analizo smo ugotovili, da izolati tvorijo svojo skupino z dvema podskupinama in da so najbolj sorodni vrsti B. pseudolongum. Skupaj z njo in še nekaterimi drugimi bifidobakterijami se uvrščajo v širšo skupino B. lactis. Stopnja podobnosti med sekvencami 16S rRNA izolatov se giblje med 91,4–95,8 odstotki, kar kaže na precejšnjo genetsko raznolikost znotraj skupine. Stopnja podobnosti do najbližje opisane vrste B. pseudolongum pa je med 94 in 97 odstotki. Rezultati predhodnih fenotipskih in genotipskih študij ter filogenetske ugotovitve na osnovi analiz sekvenc 16S rRNA predstavljajo osnovo za nadaljne raziskave, ki bi lahko potrdile, da opisani izolati predstavljajo eno ali več novih bifidobakterijskih vrst.
