ANALISIS SETTING OUT ARAH KIBLAT DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE GPS REAL TIME KINEMATIC

Abstract

Penentuan arah kiblat terdiri dari dua macam kegiatan, yaitu bagaimana cara menghitung arah kiblat dari suatu titik/lokasi dan bagaimana membawa arah kiblat (setting out) yang sudah didapat tersebut ke lapangan. Penelitan ini menganalisis akurasi setting out arah kiblat dengan menggunakan metode GPS Real Time Kinematic. Akurasi metode ini akan dibandingkan dengan arah kiblat hasil rashdul kiblat serta pengukuran GPS Statik. Arah kiblat yang dihasilkan dari metode GPS RTK memiliki perbedaan dengan arah kiblat hasil hitungan metode vincenty sebesar 17’43.6516” pada titik yang berjarak 25 meter dari titik pengamatan kiblat. Sedangkan pada titik yang berjarak 40 meter memiliki perbedaan sebesar 6’28.2974”. Arah kiblat yang dihasilkan dari metode GPS RTK memiliki perbedaan dengan arah kiblat metode rashdul kiblat sebesar 2’18” pada titik yang berjarak 25 meter dari titik pengamatan kiblat. Sedangkan pada titik yang berjarak 40 meter memiliki perbedaan sebesar 6’34”.
