Abstract

Bu arastirmanin amaci pedagojik formasyon sertifika programinda ogrenim goren ogretmen adaylarinin oz-yeterlik algilarinin yas, cinsiyet, brans, egitim durumu, ogretmenlik deneyimi gibi farkli degiskenler acisindan incelenmektir. Tarama modeline dayali nicel bir arastirma olarak desenlenen calismada amacsal ornekleme kullanilmistir. Arastirmanin evrenini 2013-2014 ogretim yilinda Anadolu Universitesi Egitim Fakultesi Pedagojik Formasyon Sertifika Programinda ogrenim goren 550 ogretmen adayi olusturmaktadir. Orneklem ise evren icinden arastirmaya katilmaya gonullu, 245 ogretmen adayindan olusturmaktadir. Olcme aracinin eksik doldurulmasi nedeniyle 192 ogretmen adayinin gorusleri arastirma kapsaminda degerlendirilmistir. Arastirmada veriler Tschannen-Moran ve Hoy (2001) tarafindan gelistirilen, Capa, Cakiroglu ve Sarikaya (2005) tarafindan Turkceye uyarlanan “Ogretmen Oz-yeterlik Olcegi” ile toplanmistir. Verilerin cozumlenmesinde SPSS paket programi kullanilmis, yuzde, frekans, standart sapma ve aritmetik ortalama; gruplar arasindaki farkliligi gozlemleme amacina yonelik olarak tek yonlu varyans analizinden (ANOVA) ve t- testinden yararlanilmistir. Tek yonlu varyans analizi ile ortaya cikan farkliliklarin hangi gruplar arasinda oldugunu belirlemek amaciyla Tukey testi kullanilmistir. Arastirmanin sonuclari goz onune alindiginda, ogretmen adaylarinin oz-yeterlik algilarinin “yeterli” duzeyde oldugu; ancak “oldukca yeterli” duzeyinde olmadigi gozlemlenmektedir. Ogretmen adaylarinin oz-yeterlik alt boyutlari arasinda anlamli farklilik bulunmaktadir. Ogretmen adaylarinin ogretim stratejileri oz-yeterlikleri, ogrenci katilimini saglama oz-yeterliklerine gore yuksektir ve bu iki alt boyut arasinda istatiksel olarak anlamli bir fark bulunmaktadir. Bagimsiz degiskenler dikkate alindiginda cinsiyet, brans ve ogretmenlik deneyimi degiskenine gore anlamli farkliliklar gozlenirken ogrenim durumu ve yas degiskenine gore anlamli bir farklilik bulunamamistir
