
An equivalent transfer function representation ( TFR ) is used to study the state-feedback/observer ( SFO ) topologies of control systems. This approach is applied to combine this methodology with Youla-parametrization ( YP ) introducing new classes of regulators. Then this method is used to introduce observer based PID regulators.
