Abstract

O acesso à informação científica foi impulsionado nos últimos anos, colocando em pauta, inicialmente, a necessidade de ampliação. Isso mesmo, o movimento Ciência Aberta (Open Science) preconiza que periódicos e plataformas digitais mantenham o acesso à informação livre de taxas. Entretanto, mesmo que revisores e editores exerçam suas atividades de forma pro bono, como o fazem os advogados, o custo operacional não deixa de existir.
