Birinci kisimda ise Alevilik-Bektasilik meselesinin kokenlerine deginilmistir. Daha sonra, tekke ve zaviyelerin kapatilmasinin ardindan yasanan gelismeler ve ortaya cikan durum uzerinde durulmustur. Son olarak da, konuyla ilgili ortaya cikan problemlere yonelik cozum onerileri ve bunlarin olabilirlikleri uzerinde birtakim degerlendirmeler yapilmistir.
