Abstract

La nota esamina le ricadute negli ordinamenti degli Stati membri della sentenza dell'8 aprile 2014 (Digital Rights Ireland) con cui la Corte di giustizia ha dichiarato l'invalidità della direttiva 2006/24, relativa alla conservazione dei dati nell'ambito della fornitura di servizi di comunicazione elettronica.
