Abstract

1. Un approccio nuovo contro i reati di abuso e sfruttamento sessuale dei minori: uniformita giuridica internazionale e azione «culturale», - 2. L'istigazione a pratiche di pedofilia e di pedopornografia e i fini culturali. - 2.1. La «promozione- e normalizzazione della pornografia minorile. - 2.2. Le pratiche di «pedofilia». - 3.1 l' utilizzo criminogeno della funzione persuasivo/normalizzante della pornografia nell'adescamento e nella corruzione di minorenne. - 3.1. Il nuovo reato dell'adescamento di minorenne. - 3.2. La nuova disciplina della corruzione di minorenne. - 4. Il contrasto della «demanda» nella nuova disciplina della pornografia minorile. - 5. Conclusioni.
