Mediante la caracterización geomorfológica del litoral se identifican áreas vulnerables a las variaciones del nivel del mar. A partir de esta zonificación se estimaron las áreas de impacto por inundación sobre el nivel del mar a 1 y 2 m. Se obtuvo como resultado el mapeo de distribución del fenómeno de impacto, con la utilización de modelos digitales del terreno.
