Abstract

En este artículo se considera la centralización como un elemento clave en la interpretación de las relaciones ciudad–región en los países subdesarrollados; el análisis de este elemento permite cuestionar el concepto de polarización que se pretende aplicar a Latinoamérica, a partir de las teorías de planeación.
