Abstract

Identificando la existencia, cara a cara, del interés de la empresa y del interés colectivo, el artículo establece la necesidad de sopesarlos en la aplicación de la disciplina empresarial, a fin de direccionarlos verdadeiramente a los objetivos desarrollistas, vinculados a mejores patrones distributivos y de mejora social, concepto más compatible com la moderna idea de desarrollo.
