Abstract

[ES]El objetivo de la presente Tesis es el estudio sint?tico para la obtenci?n de dos principios esteroides de alta actividad: exemestano y fluorometolona. Dichas rutas sint?ticas deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos: ? No infringir ninguna patente actualmente en vigor. ? Asequible econ?micamente. ? Escalable a nivel industrial. ? Patentable.

[EN]The objective of this thesis is to study synthetic obtain two high-level principles steroids: exemestane and fluorometholone. These synthetic routes must meet the following requirements: - Do not infringe any patents currently in force. - Affordable. - Scalable to industrial level. - Patent.
