[ES]El objetivo principal de esta tesis ha sido estudiar las propiedades de transporte electr?nico en el r?gimen bal?sticos en nano-dispositivos de grafeno en presencia de barreras de potencial y/o nano-constricciones. Se ha prestado especial atenci?n a dispositivos 2D y a la dependencia de la conductancia con el ?ngulo de incidencia de los portadores. Aunque los principales resultados de esta tesis son te?ricos, algunos de los resultados de transporte bal?stico en presencia de nano-constricciones han podido ser validados experimentalmente.
