Riformismo municipale e pianificazione urbana in Europa nella prima metà del Novecento

Abstract

Circolazione dei saperi municipali in Europa dall'inizio del '900 al secondo dopoguerra. Tre anime della riforma municipale: riformismo socialista e socialdemocratico; utopismo municipalista ed antistatalista nato dall'esempio della Comune, rete di città, di amministratori e tecnici raccolti nell'Unione internazionale delle città, creata nel 1913. Il saggio si sofferma su questi ambienti di interscambio di progetti, di idee e di esperienze comunali in Europa e si conclude con un'attento esame della riforma urbanistica ed amministrativa di Parigi nei primi tre decenni del 20° secolo.
