Environmental emergencies, food crises and the rise of chronic diseases have led consumers to demand more health from food products and businesses to answer this question with increasingly completeinformation on offered product. In this context, the Internet corresponds a strong social network that can meet the needs of a new model of integrity and sustainable food, able to interpret the various responsibilities with respect to health issues related to nutrition.
