The Author analyses the group-therapy following a systems oriented perspective. The importance of an over-individual dimension in the learning and changing situations is the core of this work. The role given to the here and now as understanding way represents the meeting point among different group therapy approaches. The Author proposes many clinical examples and describes the group dimension in different institutional contexts. The importance of the group in training contexts is also underlined.
