Third-Order Nonlinearity in AuNP-GeSe Heterostructure
We demonstrate ultrafast third-order nonlinear behavior in gold nanoparticle (AuNP)/amorphous GeSe heterostructure. Enhanced nonlinearity is attributed to the charge transfer and verified through Raman spectroscopy and transient absorption, paving the way for saturable absorber applications.
