Power-over-Fiber-based 90-GHz High-Power-Integrated Photoreceiver for High Data Rate Radio-over-Fiber

Abstract

We present a highly efficient and high-power integrated photoreceiver for 90-GHz range radio over fiber (RoF) communications using power over fiber; the photoreceiver has demonstrated high data-rate wireless transmission up to 28.8 Gbps. © 2020 The Author(s)
