Geriatrisches Assessment nach hüftgelenksnaher Fraktur zur Beurteilung der Effektivität der geriatrischen frührehabilitativen Komplexbehandlung in einem Alterstraumazentrum

Abstract

Einleitung: Die steigende Zahl von hüftgelenksnahen Frakturen führt zu einer hohen Belastung im Gesundheitssystem. Methode: Die Effektivität wurde durch ein geriatrisches Assessment vor und nach der Rehabilitation untersucht. Hierzu wurden Barthel-Index (BI) und Timed-Up-And-Go-Test (TUG) erhoben. Ergebnis: 39 Patienten im mittleren Alter von 81 Jahren wurden zweimal untersucht. Die Verbesserung im BI, TUG und der Gehfähigkeit waren signifikant. Bei Männern stieg der BI weniger als bei Frauen. Außerdem waren Patienten mit pertrochantärer gegenüber Schenkelhalsfraktur zunächst signifikant seltener gehfähig. Danach lag kein Unterschied vor. Diskussion: ADL und Mobilität steigen im Verlauf signifikant an. In der Literatur finden sich ähnliche Ergebnisse. Eindeutige Einflussfaktoren auf den Rehabilitationserfolg ließen sich nicht herausarbeiten.
