Biopsija korionskih resica

Abstract

Biopsija korionskih resica je invazivna metoda prenatalne dijagnostike koja se izvodi u prvom tromjesečju trudnoće, radi određivanjakromosomskih i genskih poremećaja ploda. Rutinski se provodi u većini tercijarnih centara te je uz amniocentezu najčešće primjenjivana invazivna metoda prenatalne dijagnostike. Biopsija korionskih resica kao metoda koja se provodi u prvom tromjesečjutrudnoće, svakako je prvi izbor u slučajevima visokog rizika za kromosomske abnormalnosti, psihičkog opterećenja trudnice zbogprethodne trudnoće s kromosomopatijom te kod obitelji s genskim ili metaboličkim poremećajem poznatog molekularnog defektas visokim rizikom rađanja bolesnog potomstva. Nalazi dobiveni u ranoj fazi trudnoće od iznimne su važnosti za roditelje, jer smanjujunapetost dugotrajnog iščekivanja rezultata, omogućavaju roditeljima dovoljno vremena za donošenje odluke o daljnjem tijekutrudnoće te u konačnici omogućuju prekid trudnoće u njenoj vrlo ranoj fazi.
