Abstract

Este artigo registra aspectos gerais do fungo Moniliophthora perniciosa no Estado da Bahia, como a ocorrência da praga, ciclo biológico, métodos de controle e uma descrição detalhada de três alvos moleculares da parede celular. O objetivo é fornecer informações que possam dar apoio aos pesquisadores que pretendem iniciar projetos que têm M. perniciosa como tema central.
