Flora da Bahia: Loasaceae

Abstract

É apresentado o levantamento de Loasaceae para o Estado da Bahia. A família possui cerca de 16 gêneros e 301 espécies distribuídas predominantemente nas regiões tropical e temperada das Américas. No Brasil, está representada por cinco gêneros, com aproximadamente 20 espécies. Para a flora da Bahia são encontrados dois gêneros e cinco espécies: Aosa rupestris (Gardner) Weigend, A. gilgiana (Urb.) Weigend, A. parviflora (DC.) Weigend, A. sigmoidea Weigend e Mentzelia aspera L. São apresentados: chave para identificação, descrições, ilustrações e mapas de distribuição das espécies na Bahia.
