Abstract

2, 3の昆虫を材料にしてキサンチン脱水素酵素の活性度を測定した結果1. りんし目昆虫(Barathra brassicaeおよびCephonodes hylas)のキサンチン酸化酵素系は脱水素酵素によって触媒されていることを明らかにした。2. 幼虫の各組織におけるキサンチン脱水素酵素活性度は脂肪組織およびマルピーギ管に高く,中腸壁では低い,また直腸壁,皮膚および血液には認められなかった。3. ワモンゴキブリ(Periplaneta americana)のキサンチン脱水素酵素活性度はマルピーギ管,脂肪組織,後腸壁および中腸壁に認められたが,前腸壁には活性度はないようである。
