AbstractLife endangering airway obstructions have many facets and causes. Rhinorrhea is a symptom whose etiology may be overlooked if an immediate crisis of airway obstruction is present. Unless the cause for the obstruction or rhinorrhea is investigated it may go undetected and continue to present further problems for the patient. This is especially true of infants under six months of age who are obligate nasal breathers. The following are three cases representing this problem.
Male, Infant, Foreign Bodies, Adenoidectomy, Airway Obstruction, Radiography, Food, Child, Preschool, Nasopharynx, Adenoids, Bronchoscopy, Nose Diseases, Humans, Female, Tracheotomy, Tracheal Stenosis, Lymphatic Diseases
